On July 17th, Director Wu Xiaodong of the National Rehabilitation Research Center expert group, together with General Manager Liu Xuejun of BYD Battery Business Unit, visited Shanghai Hubang Intelligent Rehabilitation Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hubang") to conduct special research on key technologies such as mandatory national standards for electric wheelchair safety and battery charging safety.

Accompanied by General Manager He Junping, the joint research team visited the Hubang Enterprise Exhibition Hall in a key manner. In the exhibition hall bearing the 35 year development imprint of Hubang, the research team gained a deep understanding of Hubang's development history, important milestones, and fruitful achievements in the field of rehabilitation aids since its establishment. At the subsequent symposium, the core topics of both sides focused on mandatory national standards for electric wheelchair safety and battery charging safety regulations. Experts from the National Rehabilitation Research Center emphasized the urgency of formulating unified and strict safety standards to ensure user safety, promote industry development, and serve social welfare.
